Hard time getting it to install this year.

It was a real pain in the butt to install this year. I literally spent 3 hours and lots of research to get it to install. I never had this issue before. I tried to contact you with no success. I wasn't happy.

The easiest year yet

For the first time I was able to import the tax forms from my financial securities firm. All those confusing stock entries went exactly where they needed to go - without any work or fussing from me!

Turbo Tax is easy to understand and to file

I am a retiree. Turbo Tax is to save money to file the tax returns rather than to pay for a professional. Also, Turbo Tax is so easy to file the taxes as long as I have plenty of leisure time and the tax liability to file are not complicated as a rich man do.

Good Product But Needs Improvemnts

Turbo Tax is a very good product but there is room for improvements. First, the best thing that Turbo Tax has to offer is accurate filing of tax returns. This year there appears to an improved data check on Cusip numbers prior to attempting to file and receiving an error message (Great Job). Now for the areas that need improvement: 1 - The user interface is stuck in the 1990's. The program will not run on older versions of Windows so the user interface should act like it understands Windows 10. 2 - The program should have a soft switch to turn off updates after filing. That way the software is in sync with the tax filing. 3 - Down loaded 1099-INT should have the security name and/or the Cusip number in the Received From field to help with human verification of data as well as updating information.

Turbo Tax is Easy and Fast

I love how turbo tax gives me a year over year comparison and guides you through all tax scenarios! I've used it for years and been very satisfied. Two years ago I paid an accountant to do my taxes, hoping they'd find more return $$'s, but they didn't and it cost me over $300!
