Can't save a PDF of Tax Return

Difficult to spend hours preparing a tax return and not allowed to save a PDF or Print a tax return to file. LOVELY SOFTWARE!!!!!

Every Year you promise that one state form will be included in the cost and it never is. Every year you make me pay an additional $25.00 to file my state return when it should be included... Every year I comment about this and you never respond...

Practically Perfect

Like Mary Poppins, Turbotax is practically perfect. The only glitch I ran into (and I think I did it last year, too) was to mark "Yes" on having a W-2. Apparently I worked too many years, and can't break this habit. Kept being taken back to that form to fix it. Finally, I had to get a hint on-line. Used the Search function, and got back to the W-2 screen, where I changed my answer to "I don't have a W-2" and then everything worked like a charm. I need a glass of wine.

Frustrated

While the software is fine and thorough, the filing process is frustrating.
I completed 3 returns (Mine, and 2 children)
the Efile process failed each time
The AGI and PIN's were 100 % accurate but the process failed
I ended up printing and mailing returns

The reason I bought Turbo Tax was to make this process easier....it was not

I have used Turbo Tax software since 1994, always feel confident in the accuracy.
I would have benefitted from some instructions on making the print larger, I didn't find the enlarge button until I had completed about 95% of the program and suffered from eyestrain.
