Easy enough to use.

I filed six tax returns this year. They all were accepted....then the problem began. The most serious one concerned that I was exceeding the number of returns allowed for E-filing; at the time I {had done three}. Then I was told - by the program - that I had not sent a tax return. I have since mailed a return. I have the electronic certificate for E-filing in hand.

I've used this product for >10 years without incident, but this is my last time. There is a bug with Form 1116 Foreign Tax credit that prevents e-filing from being successful. TurboTax knows about the bug- there are dozens of complaints online, going back months- but apparently can't or won't fix. I'm faced with not being able to e-file, which is a major selling point of the product. After all these years, TurboTax is now a poor product.
