I have used Turbo Tax every year for over 10 yrs and I love it. I use the Deluxe and find it is very user friendly. You can go step by step or if you already know which areas you need, you can choose to go right to that area. I highly recommend it.

Easy to use. Detailed explanations of topics easy. Should have longer supported operating software of the personal computers. I'm getting tired of buying a new computer every few years just to keep up with the required operating software to use Turbo Tax. Mac OS Mojave is not that old of a OS system and already have to upgrade to Catalina which means a new computer to operate it on ! Please make TurboTax more friendly to a wider life of operating systems.

Import last year PDF does not work

When I remove 2019 Turbo program to install 2020 program I lost 2019 file. I entered 2019 overpaid tax to 2020 worksheet it worksed, After saving the file and run Turbotax next time the program keeps remove the carryover.
