Mostly Good but had unneeded IRS and State rejects

Would have been higher rating been e-files were both rejected for issues that were unnecessary: Verification of my identity was provided correctly at first submittal and nothing was apparent to merit the two rejections.

Turbo Tax Thorough and Reliable

I've used Turbo Tax for 20 years or more. This year was quite easy. Questions are mostly clear and easily understood. Ability to Import data from major financial institutions is very helpful. I would recommend Turbo Tax to everyone who is semi computer literate.

Unable to download online or install from CD

I have used TurboTax for more years than I can count. This year I was unable to download and install from CD and from online download on my brand new computer. Intuit help line was unable to help. They just kept having me doing the same things that did not work over and over. I ended up using my husband's old, slow computer. Still love the the software, but I am unsure what company's tax software I will use next year.
