TURBO TAX IS A VERY HELPFUL TAX PREPARATION SOURCE. FOR THE LESS EXPERIENCED PREPARER AND WITH A MORE STANDARD RETURN PROCESS, THIS SOURCE IS MORE AFFORDABLE AND LESS STRESSFUL.

Great features...hate the hidden fees

Very easy to enter information. However, charging more for an additional state than for the federal + one state and charging an additional $25 for electronic filing is unacceptable.

Simple to use cheaper than an accountant!

I love being able to sit my recliner and do taxes at my own pace and in the comfort of my own home. It is easy to use and dose not take up to much time.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments

Good Value for Self Filers - has all the items needed. Biggest complaint is it charges you $25 to efile the state. Why?
