Turbo Tax did the job.

The CD is easy to download and the step by step guidance is the best, you simply can not mess it up. Plus the review and audit risk meter are great features.

Turbo Tax came through for us!

This is the first time using Turbo Tax. The family was able to file tax returns with ease. Turbo Tax Specialist helped us get back on track to fix a filing error and to avoid additional errors. The only concern was that more explanation in the Turbo Tax program could have provided more description of the error and the fix particularly the Amended form and how it works in the program. Overall we are very satisfied.

I find getting support is difficult. I would like to talk on the phone with a support person. I did not have many questions but the only way to talk with a support was through an agency and it cost money.

Unable to remove the $45 fee

Tried real hard to eliminate the $45 audit fee. Don't want it, don't need it. Very frustrating. Filed anyway. Won't use Turbo Tax next year!
