TurboTax is easy to use

TurboTax is easy to use and covers all the topics necessary to file your taxes. You are prompted through the entire process. You can also go back and review any previously entered information and then return to where you left off without any difficulty.

TurboTax let me down this year

I have used TurboTax for over a decade, I relied on it, and it worked well for me .. until this year. My Federal return was REJECTED twice for the same reason ... "FED_Taxable_Inherited_IRA-...potential issue with the calculation of your Taxable Inherited IRA".
My main problem is that I DO NOT have an Inherited IRA - taxable or otherwise. I have been patient to wait, and I have just performed a software update, which claimed to know of an issue. I have re-reviewed my return and just did re-submit the FED return. So we'll see what happens. The "just is still out". If the return is ACEPPTED, GREAT! for Intuit fixing it. If it still REJECTS, I'll have to send a paper return, which for me will be a PAIN!!
Other than this issue (a major one), TurboTax is characteristically a nice piece of software, easy to navigate, and up to this point, reliable.

I use this every year and overall feel it is easy to use and affordable. Especially compared to some of the other places, where you pay someone to do use similar software.
