Hidden state e-file fee when you already purchased the state portion makes me question if I want to use Turbo Tax again...

Problem in Apple version
on March 15, 2021
Posted by: Smokeys mom
I had an Apple laptop and my sister had a non-Apple computer. We had K-1s for my mother's estate. My sister had no problem inserting that information and filing electronically. My version of the software would not take the K-1 information as a non-business entity and since there was no 1099-B info for this situation I had to file by mail. And that was after Intuit already took my $25 for state electronic filing on my credit card. Another issue, Intuit fails to explain to the customer that having $25 withdrawn from your refund incurs a $40 charge! A little disproportional to say the least.
