Woe to any who print their returns

You guys have a good product but you seem more interested in getting users to file electronically than by mail. So far, the only hijacked returns I've read about are for users who e-Filed. Moral of the story: Do not e-File until that vulnerability is fixed.

Rejected State Return

State rejected my return for some errors. I updated return and tried to re-file but Turbo Tax tells me I must select Federal return to e-file. The federal return was filed and accepted so there is no Federal return to re-file.

We have been using Turbo Tax for years as it is a great product. We did not use the customer contact this year, but have in previous years. The information specialists were helpful and knowledgeable.
