TURBO TAX IS Awesome

I actually enjoyed working up my taxes with turbo tax. Although my return isn't complicated, use of the software is intuitive and inspires confidence that the calculations are accurate.

disappointing

Unable to e-file state return after filing federal return. Glitch in TT software no one can remedy. Had to file paper state return by USPS.

Not as easy as previous years

I had to restart the return because the program did not ick up all the information from last return. additionally i had to put in other information that was not transferred from last year. not sure if i will be using this program again next year I dont have confidence in it picking up all my information.

great product to do your taxes gives all of the information that is required to complete your taxes. If you have questions it is only a click away....Awesome Product my family has been using it for over 10 years and we love it
