Good as usual

Everything went as smoothly as usual. Had a little trouble recognizing the changes in entry style. Usually I know whose document I'm entering, but I had to concentrate on the smaller print to distinguish sometimes (until I got used to it).
Pros: My employment status changed this year

when you go to charge your card for state filing the time it takes is not good. it takes too long and seems to be glitchy.

Excellent for Federal Taxes

Would like Turbo Tax to improve the State filing experience. Not enough information on possible deductions and or credits. Would like to guidance for State similar to the guidance offered for Federal.

2020 Not Easy to Navigate

I have used Turbo Tax for over 20 years! Navigating this software was not as user friendly at previous years. But I guess 2020 wasn't a typical year.

Turbo Tax is safer and easy

It was very easy to follow instructions. If you run into a road block there are opportunities to help you make a choice. During this time of covid it is a peace of mind to be able to get this done without waiting in an office with other people
