Extra state tax fees and filing fees for $0 return

I'm disappointed that Turbo Tax has me pay for an extra state software and pay extra filing fees where the 2nd or rather "extra State" has zero dollar taxes and no refunds. This extra tax return should not have had to been filed. I wonder if I could get a refund. there was no income to be filed. and I couldn't delete this. So I was forced to file the return with extra costs.

Used TurboTax once more

Have been using TurboTax to file my taxes for almost 20 years now. Always easy and no hiccups. Never had an audit and refund was quick to show in my bank account. Intend to keep using it.
