Worst TurboTax Year Ever!

TurboTax was very confusing this year. Seemed to automatically answer questions that were incorrect (stated my husband's insurance lapsed; however, it did not), and it would not let us correct this. It did not ask us questions in the walkthrough (Work expenses), and then told us we failed to answer the questions. We knew we were choosing the standard deduction in the beginning; however, it still required us to itemize. It would beneficial to have button that you could select, in the very beginning, for standard deductions. We have use TurboTax for numerous years, and have not had this kind of problem. I don't think I will use it in the future, as it was unnecessarily difficulty and stressful!

Turbotax is a little more complex this year than it has been in years past... Hopefully, the "powers that be" will take a hard look in the ease of use for next year.
