Solid, but still room for future improvements

Recommend that we revisiting a section all previous answers should be remembered, including yes/no and check boxes so can revisit, make 1 change, then move forward without needing to re-answer other questions unless want to change answer.

City Tax Form Problems

Overall TT is ok. This year it did not handle a change with my city taxes very well. I moved to a home office and TT did not use my local wages as shown on my W2. TT used box 1 from the W2 instead of the local wages as shown in box 18. At least there is a way to override incorrect data being pulled from another form.

Easy Breezy way to account for all your finances,

I have been using TurboTax for over 10 years, and have never had an issue, even Itemizing my returns. Income, Investments, Property Taxes, Charitable Contributions are all accounted for. 2 thumbs up

I do think that TurboTax is the best product of its kind on the market. I've used Turbotax for the past 20 years and I've always been impressed. Whether I had a business on the side or just needed to use the standard deduction, I've always relied on TurboTax to get me to the other side of completing my Taxes.

Good Tax System

It's always been a great way of filing my taxes. I've never had an issue. I'm deducting one star because I was supposed to receive the state filing for free but had to pay for it. I followed instructions and logged into Intuit Turbo Tax to correct the problem but it didn't work. Still had to pay for the filing of the state return.
