wish you warned us of the $25 charge to file state

You need to do more work on program's robustness.

Sometimes, the program just stops interviewing me and I have to enter worksheets manually and input the information. Also, the program miss diagnosis the reason and I had to do a detective work before it was ready to e-file.
Please don't get me wrong. I am very happy to have it. I am old enough to remember the pain of doing taxes manually!
