Turbo Tax has everything an individual or family needs to prepare their own taxes. Simple to follow software-based guidance through subjects or do it yourself for more confident filers.

Turbo Tax is dependable

I have been using Turbo Tax for quite along time and it is dependable every year. Easy to use with plenty of assistance when you don't understand a question or if you want to check a regulation. I will use again next year.

Mostly satisfied with accuracy & ease of use. What I do find annoying is that charitable contributions are not alphabetized, so I have to go through the whole list to find a specific item. Also, rather than deleting charities to which we haven't given in the year for which we're paying taxes, the program should be able to keep the whole list from year to year, so that if I give again to a charity next year, I don't have to re-enter the info. For some reason, program did not carry forward one of my retirement accounts from last year, so I almost forgot to include the RMD from that source.

Turbo Tax helps!

Turbotax is a good product. My concern is that many terms used within the form are not terms I am familiar with so don't know what they may mean for me. I assume since I don't know what they mean, it doesn't have anything to do with me. I hope I am not wrong in that.
