I have been using TurboTax for over 10 years without an issue. This year I have tried multiple times to file my NY State Return without success. I successfully filed my federal and another state. Now I trying again and it won't allow me to try to electronically file because it says my federal needs to be files (which has already been filed through TurboTax). What a disappointment this year!!! I guess I'll need to look for a new software to use next year.

Turbo Tax is so very easy and user friendly to use. It walks you through each step so you don't miss anything. If you're not sure if something is deductible, help is at your fingertips. I've been using it for 7 years and will continue to use it for years to come.
