Lost All Entries!!

After I entered everything and was ready to e-file the whole thing stopped.
It didn't save any work at all. I had to totally redo everything!

The only problem that I encountered was in retrieving a prior years returning.

Better than paying for a CPA

I have always relied on someone else to do my taxes. Filing 2019 taxes was the first year I tried on my own using TurboTax. I will be doing taxes myself from now on, thanks TurboTax.
