TurboTax lying to me cost me a month of my time

When I decided to file my federal taxes in February, my state did not have the tax forms ready. The TurboTax software assured me that I would be able to file my state taxes as soon as the forms were ready, and that I should go ahead and file my federal returns.
6 weeks later, I still had not received the email the software had promised me, so I checked myself and my state had the forms ready. When I went to efile my state returns, the software refused to file state separately from federal. After two hours on the phone with customer service, I find out that my state won't accept efiled taxes separately from the federal taxes. So, now I get to file my state taxes by mail, despite having been assured by TurboTax that I would be able to file electronically
I would expect a company that writes tax software to know something about tax law, but apparently, I would be wrong.

I've been using Turbo Tax for more than 20 years and has never failed me and my close friends...I look forward every year to do my taxes with Turbo Tax.

Glitching in System for 2nd Year

I could not file our taxes because their was a glitch in your program and it kept thinking money taken from our pension was taken early. I kept clicking the "none of above button" and it kept reverting to Funds taken early. I was not able to use turbo tax for my husband and I only for my daughter. WASTE! Also, it made me pay for the state filing which is suppose to be free. Will not use again.
