This was a rough year with turbotax

I've used turbotax for years and I've always been happy with it but this year, I had to contact customer service twice after receiving messages, "hmm-we seem to have hit a snag. Please try again." So much wasted time.

The 2020 Edition is terrible

EVERY TIME I HAD TO WAIT FOR A CALCULATION OR OTHER ISSUE, MY COMPUTER SENT BE BACK TO MY HOME SCREEN WHERE I HAD TO RE-CLICK ON TURBO TAX. ANNOYING AND TIME CONSUMING. I PUT IN MY AGI FRO. IM MY TURBO TAX FORM LAST YEAR, AND IRS REJECTED MY ELECTRONIC FILING REQUEST BECAUSE IT DIDN'T MATCH LAST YEAR.MY ARIZONA REQUEST WAS ALSO REJECTED AND I PAID $25 TO SEND IT. I AM TOTALLY DISGUSTED AFTER USING TURBO TAX FOR AT LEAST THE LAST 6 YEARS.

Over twenty years of TurboTax

After being a Turbo Tax user for so many years, I only had a problem one year and it was corrected quickly. Only one downside: It use to allow you to right-click and add side-notes in some boxes. This was VERY helpful. But that feature no longer exist, so I had the write my notes on paper...

Very disappointed this year

This was the first year that I had a delay receiving information for my state taxes so I filed my federal taxes a month before I tried to file my state taxes. I had selected a button that seemed to indicate that I could e-file my state taxes at a later date. However, when I went in to file my state taxes I could only submit a printed copy (after discussing with Turbo Taxes help team). Turbo Tax should update their selections to clarify that e-filing at a later date is actually not possible.

Turbo Tax is Great!

Turbo Tax is easy to follow, thorough and accurate. I'll never go back to doing it by hand or go back to paying a certified tax preparer to do it for me.

Other than an install issue on my Mac, it works consistently well. That's why I've been using Turbo Tax for 12 years.
