i have been using turbo tax as soon as they started making it for the consumer. i have never gone back to a tax preparer. turbo tax has all the questions and answers. if you get stuck you can get immediate help.

What a chore we have to undertake annually

I was doing good working through the process until I could not e-file. Had a hard time finding out how to "update" on my MAC, they could be a lil more specific with locating this on a MAC. Eventually worked out and all is well.
