always charges for the free state transmittal

2020 DELUXE IS VERY SLOW TO UPDATE. IT SAYS 2 MINUTES BUT ACTUALLY TOOK OVER FIVE MINUTES TO PROCESS. THROUGHOUT THE SESSION IT WAS SLOW

Well-organized and easy to use

TurboTax is very easy to use. It will guide you through the whole process or let you navigate through the screens on your own. There are plenty of prompts to assist with confusing forms. Having a prior/current year comparison in every section is helpful. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the price went up a lot this year compared to last.

TURBO TAX GREAT

Turbo tax I feel that there are some glitches in the system but nothing you can't get by.I Have used TUBO TAX for more than 15 years.They sure make it easy for an 78 year old geezer to do his taxes. Good Job TURBO TAX Thanks.
