Great product & customer service, simple process.

The only confusion I encounter with TurboTax is whether or not to add or subtract investment advisor fees on CA state return and why does subtracting charitable contributions increase CA state income?

I find TurboTax very convenient and I've never been audited and I like that I can purchase TurboTax and file my taxes at my convenience.

Just one Problem

Easy to use, as usual. This year I e-filed the Federal first, and tried to e-mail the State return a week later (Federal return had been accepted.) The program would not let my e-file the State, so I had to send ina printed copy.

I love that more money stays in my pocket by filing myself. It takes a little time and focus, but you can have your taxes completed in an afternoon and be confident they were done correctly.

So easy to prepare my taxes. Just answer all the questions and the Return will be prepared for you. Questions are simple and easy to answer. You don't have to spend $500.00 for an outside Tax preparer.
