Great until I almost finished

Everything was great until it was time to pay for the state filing. The screen that required completion for paying by credit card was too large to fit on the screen of my laptop or my monitor so I couldn't access the continue button. That resulted in having to go back to have the fees deducted from my return . That cost me an additional $40.00. Which I think was done on purpose. In the future I may not used Turbo tax although I have since the mid 1990s

I was frusted at the number of times that I was asked to review or submit the same information. I was further annoyed when I had to get my cell phone to get a code and gather my driver license to input information. Could you warn users that it is possible that they will need additional sources/tools to complete the program?
