Happy with Turbo Tax for almost 2 decades

For the most part very easy to use. Would love it if I didn't have to scroll down each page each time to get to the continue button. But overall for a non techy I am very pleased with its ease of use

SOME PARTS ARE NOT ACCURATE

I E-FILED MY STATE. TOOK AN HOUR TO GET TURBO TAX TO PROCESS. MADE ABOUT 4 ATTEMPTS BEFORE IT WOULD WORK. ON FIRST SCREEN, IT STATED COST WOULD BE $20. WHEN IT FINALLY WENT THROUGH, I WAS CHARGED $25

Turbotax 2020 not as user friendly as previous yea

This years edition will not run on my older MAC desktop. Difficult to move to newer platform to keep and compare previous returns
