love my turbo tax

I've been a customer of Turbo Tax so long I have programs from previous years in three computers. I love this program and so thankful they fixed their "ut oh" from a few years back for the Deluxe program. Thank you for making my life easier than using the pen and pencil to do our taxes.

I have always used turbo tax when I started doing my own taxes. Never had a problem until this year. I had finished EVERYTHING on my taxes; confirmed all the info; followed all the instructions; and e-filed. Then I printed a copy of he whole thing. I waited patiently forever and never received the confirmation that it had been accepted by the irs and mo state. Being nervous, I reviewed what I had and found that it was never e-filed. Even though I had printed everything which assured me that I had e-filed successfully. So low and behold I had to e-file it all over again. I am not happ!

Turbo Tax is no good this year

I filed my sons return electronically and it got rejected. When I went into Turbo Tax, it said my son's date of birth was incorrect. This was the information that was rolled over from the 2019 Turbo Tax file from when i used Turbo Tax last year. I corrected the DOB and the IRS accepted it.
I tried filing my joint return this morning. It was rejected because my the message said my AGI reported for 2019 did not match the IRS. Again, this was the # rolled over fr0m the 2019 Turbo Tax. The AGI matched the return from last year. I resubmitted nd it was rejected for the same reason.
Then when I went to print, I was unable to print. It kept saying Print>Print Preview, and then displayed the list of forms, but there is absolutely nowhere to say print. the only option is Preview or Save as a PDF.
I've used Turbo Tax or years. This year it sucks...bad. I think you need to fix these glitches. Extremely frustrating!!

Easy, but is it needed?

Filing using TurboTax is fairly simple, but with the recent restrictions and caps on itemized deductions, is it to your advantage? It seems that the standard deduction is all that is necessary due to the cap placed on itemized deductions making TurboTax nothing more than a process to fill in your 1040, which is a simple task on its own.
Pros: I bought or sold investments
