It didn't work for IL but I had to pay anyways

I tried the online version and the download version and neither worked for IL.
It charged me an extra $25 for a state even though I only efiled once
I will not use again unless I get a refund.

MD state efile

I was unable to file my MD state return electronically because the transition to Intuit to pay for the return was not working. After waiting a week, updating Turbo Tax for MD, the problem was not fixed and I am now forced to file MD by mail because Turbo Tax will not recognize that my federal return was filed electronically and accepted by the IRS

We been using turbo tax every years for the day one it was available and we are always satisfy with the software. It walks you through step-by-step, and it is very user friendly.

My experience with Turbo Tax has been great over the last ten years. I wouldn't recommend anything else!
