Awful Year, But It Worked

Had multiple problems with the download/activation/updates/payment process. So frustrated and wasted so much time will probably switch to another service next year.

It works well mostly except i had to call support at least 6 times this year. Also i did not know 2019 taxes were not done yet, and i still dont know if they are done.

Turbo Tax is easy. This year I had to wait for an update because of Covid, after that everything was smooth sailing.

Not as great on Mac

I've used TurboTax for years on PC. This year was the first year I used the Mac version. It was very glitchy, the interface was not as user friendly and files did not want to save consistently.
