The program asks all the appropriate questions, storing the answers and helping make certain that I get the most refund possible AND assuring that it's done legally and accurately. All I need to do is provide honest, accurate information.

I have used Turbo Tax for the past 8 years and love the ease of use. No more panic with gathering everything to take to a preparation service or office. The last two years of using a "person" we had errors in the prepared returns that were fortunately caught before sending by mail. We lost confidence in the human errors and began using Turbo Tax. I'll admit that I was nervous at first about the entire electronic process but now I wouldn't use anything but Turbo Tax.
