Improvements needed

As usual Turbo Tax was very well done for the usual income and deduction items. Turbo Tax fell down in processing dividends and 1099B information that was uploaded from my investment firms. When there was an issue with the requested information and the uploaded information it was very difficult to reconcile much less manage to a fully satisfactory outcome.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

Easy to use and follow

This has been maybe the 7th year in a row that i have bought TurboTax. It is easy to use and easy to follow step by step. It is also cheaper than going to file at a local office. I 100% recommend this to others who like to file themselves.

Turbo Tax was fast and easy to use. Answered all of my questions and checked my returns for any errors before submitting. I have been using Turbo Tax for over 10 years and have never had enay problems or been audited.
