DISAPPOINTED: Not Straightforward, or helpful

TurboTax Deluxe 2019 Download was very inadequate:
It failed to systematically lead me through the return (I had to go into each section); None of the web hotlinks were live so I could not get further explanation or information; I was sold a version that included free federal e-file but it was not activated; wanted to purchase audit protection, but that capability wasn't active; I had to print my 55 page return and submit it by mail. Very

First time using easy to work with had opportunities to go back and fix areas needed
