I have always felt confident using TurboTax. I know if I make a mistake or forget something, the software will remind me. I am very confident that I receive the best information that allows me to file my return knowing i will receive the refund, if applicable, that I am entitled to with no questions from the IRS.

Turbo Tax won't let me email my returns.

I don't want to send my taxes by US Mail as it is not dependable, and I've always e-filed with TurboTax in the past. But this year it will not let me send it as it doesn't recognize that I've told it that the account is the same and routing and account number are the same as in the past. It just keeps me going in a loop not allowing me to e-file. I don't want to use the post office.
