Nagging Error until I toggled the Standard Deduct

I kept getting an error on my Charitable Contributions, yet it would not let me fix the error. I had to research online and found that someone suggested toggling from Standard deduction to itemize then back. This fixed it, but then I got a message that I couldn't save the return. I closed TurboTax and returned and it did save after all. So things got solved but was frustrating.

WHAT ABOUT MY PROPERTY TAX REFUND?

Why didn't it prompt me for any Property Tax Refund information? It did if you were a renter, but not for a property owner. Boo.
