SLOW AND HIGH MEMORY USAGE FOR TURBOTAX DELUXE

TurboTax Deluxe '20 for PC is very slow w/ 1 Federal 1 State set of forms loaded. Application is using close to 1GB of RAM which is excessive and negatively impacts performance. Recommend optimizing for user experience.

Turbo Tax

This at first was hard to download. I think it was the operator and not the program. I have a new computer that does not have a CD drive and did not realize that until I could not find the drive to download the program. I have used Turbo Tax for about 15 years now and it is always the best.

I love using Turbo Tax. Occasionally there are glitches. I went to put in my cash donations to my church and it only pulled up goods donated. So I put "money" in with one date. At the end, it was questioned. I was able to find money donations & enter it correctly.

We don't have fancy numbers to report, but it still can be difficult to calculate our return by hand. TurboTax makes it easy and ALMOST painles. I recommend the application.

I have been using TurboTax since the late 1980's. The evolution of this software has been wonderful. Starting out as a template for a spreadsheet to an interactive program that has made tax time easy for everyone, not just the computer savvy.
