Uninstall poor -- leaves lots of parts

Product had an issue, maybe due to me installing in wrong location. Had to uninstall and reinstall twice, and manually delete some files. registry not cleaned up. Final try showed a different number for total income than the 1040 form - hopefully forms are correct.

Confusing and extra fees

I have been using TurboTax for about as long as I can recall. Previously, did everything by hand. Once tried a different product (an on-line service). It was so incomplete that I had to get TurboTax anyway to get it right.

Turbo Tax quality is slipping - for shame

From the get-go, this was not the Turbo Tax of old that I have used for years. It took forever to load and install, then it did not find, nor did it give me a chance to request it find last year's info for auto-entry. Each time I booted the app, it took 10+ minutes to update, the last time, it treated it like a new install, asked for the license code. It was incredibly slow. When I tried to pay the State e-file fee, the process was a convoluted mess. Confirmation code was determined to be expired, probably because it took forever to get sent. I finally got all e-filed, then got a message that some forms had to be printed and mailed. That totally failed. Very frustrated / disappointed user.
