Crypto Missing on Store Bought Version

Everything went well until it came time to enter in your crypto's via the desktop. Maybe in the future you will include steps on the free online version into the paid version. I mean, I'm not sure how this was over looked.

Rejected Fed return

We have been using TurboTax Deluxe for years to do my taxes along with my family's taxes. For what ever reason the federal taxes I tried filing for one of my family members was "rejected". The reason given (from Turbo Tax I assume) was the 2019 AGI or Pin number didn't match what the IRS had on file. I then opened an IRS account to try and determine what is going on and found that both the AGI and Pin numbers matched exactly. This was a very time consuming, stressful and confusing tax filing to say the least. I'm very disappointed with the product

TurboTax is very easy to use.

I am fortunate to have the correct OS when TurboTax is released. However, I'm sure there are other people how cannot upgrade as easily. Perhaps TurboTax will look at slowing their OS upgrades or offer something compatible to people who have older OS systems.
