Losing it's easy to use format!

I engaged one of your on-line experts because my Download deluxe 2020 Turbo Tax became corrupted. the directions sent to me were out of date and did not always apply to a Mac. I finally had to ask my tech son to translate them for me so I could use them. When I went to eFile I could not figure out how to pay on the Intuit site so entered new credit card information on Turbo Tax

You said that there were some areas in prior returns that needed to be corrected, but you did so based upon my current filing status (single taxpayer) when my status for the past 55 years was 'Married-Filing Jointly' and those numbers were correct for that filing status. So in addition to suffering the recent passing of my dear wife, you want to provide a sharp stick in my eye by fussing about things without paying attention to last year's tax filing. Hope you are proud of yourselves.

Used for some years now. As I get older, it is less of a problem to let Turbo do the work of keeping up with new tax changes than my having to research or stay updated at my age.
