Get all forms available before selling the softwar

The was reasonable as has been my experience for the last 6 or 7 years. The problem was we had to wait 10 days to file because form 8889 was not available. When I buy a product, I expect to be able to use it for its intended purpose immediately.

Overall great experience except for the new #40 refund processing fee and contract. Never had to do this before, but because of the pandemic, we get it, I guess.

This year I chose the digital download and found the experience the best ever. In years past I had trouble getting the state download and this time it was easier. I had no problem getting the state download.

Have used for many years. Never had a problem. I did this year with the allocation question regarding our GA tax. Couldn't find a definitive answer so I had to keep experimenting until I got the right combination of numbers. You should clarify that area.
