This was my first year doing taxes on my own due to COVID and not being able to visit my dad for help. TurboTax made it so easy and I had minimal questions overall moving through it. Very good experience.

TurboTax guidance is great

Guided me through federal and state tax changes with few hesitations. The security features are thorough and painful - had to enter my bank routing and account numbers three times.

Turbo Tax easy and painless

Easy to follow, update and stop and come back too. Tax info comes in episodically and TT allows me to enter info as it arrives or updates. Very convenient for our habits.

Turbo Tax has gone down hill.

Not as user friendly as before.
I've had e-filing issues for 2019 and 2020.
In 2019 Turbo tax said federal taxes were accepted excepted I received a letter from the IRS last month saying they never received my taxes.
