Not sure what I would do without it

Not sure if it weren't for the guidance that is automatically provided by Turbo Tax, I would be able to make sure I'm getting back everything I'm owed. I'll continue to use Turbotax for my future filings and my sons use it too!

When verifying one's self, please send verification code via text. It was impossible to understand each of the 5 digits. Some numbers just seem similar to seniors.

I have used TurboTax for years and have always been very satisfied with the product. I have only one suggestion for making it better in the future. In past years, I was asked if I wanted to update. If I was working on my taxes I said no. If I was getting ready to send, I said yes. This year I wasn't given a choice. I could update or be unable to open the program. This takes an extra 3 minutes every time I open the program which I might do many times before being ready to send. Please return to giving us a choice.

Overpriced and too much nickel and diming

Too many extra charges on top. I work in multiple states and between extra charges to get additional states and to efile for those states turbotax becomes too expensive. Going to try out a tax professional next year for first time or just fill out state forms individually. Plenty of free services out there as well, including one owned by intuit so why am I shelling out for your product then hundreds on top for more states and to efile.
