VERY GOOD

I enjoy using Turbo Tax. I have been using it for 20 years now but this is the first time I use the CD. It is great as going through my Turbo Tax account but it would be great to make State e-file also free like the Federal one. Turbo tax is way more expensive than any other Tax software therefore could let its customers e-file for free across the board.

Turbotax stinks. I

Turbotax stinks. I bought what I thought was the 2020 version of Turbotax and completed the tax. However, I saw that it was really the sorfwar was for 2019. I wasted several days (10) days or so. I saved the 2019 of TurboTax. but it could not be included with tax folder on my Mac

Simple for what I thought would be complicated

My spouse and I separated last year and are in the midst of a very hostile divorce process. I have never filed our taxes before, so I was quite intimidated. It was very straightforward and easy to use.

Can't e-file because of AGI error

Submitted my tax return almost a dozen times. Every time it tells me my spouse's ePin or AGI were wrong. We didn't file using e-file last year, and AGI was pulled from the TurboTax 2019 file. I paid $20 to e-file for the state, and now I'm still mailing my tax returns.
