The first time I've been disappointed

I have used this product for many years and loved it. This year I had trouble entering information and having it save. It is also the first time my returns were rejected - even after the information was reviewed by the program. My Federal return was accepted but my state return hung in limbo for almost two weeks. I found I wasn't alone in this. When I checked with my state, they show no record of the return being received. - also a first.

I think the navigating has improved over the years. I find I can jump around in the categories as needed. The error check is fabulous. No errors at all this year!

It took me 2 1/2 hours as a 1st timer. It was relatively easy, just have to read everything carefully before continuing. I'm not sure I'll do it again.
