Works as long as your screen resolution is low

It all works great, but activation, and then paying for the State filing fee only works if your screen resolution is set lower than normal. Crazy. And took forever to figure out.

TurboTax Dowload activation code hard to find

From the 800 number, I got wonderful help from a real human with finding my activation code for my downloaded 2020 TurboTax. But getting to the human past the automated voice was painful. Once in TurboTax, everything went pretty smoothly. I will keep using TurboTax.

not as good as last year's version
purchased Deluxe version with STATE RETURN, but system charged me for STATE return
Intuit process not as clean as other websites, lots of jumping over to main front page with no LINK to specifc area. Too much upselling, already purchased TurboTax, no need to 100 upsellls
