Turbo Tax takes all the guesswork and hours of trying to figure out the tax forms. A friend who doesn't trust anything to do with the computer tried to prepare her tax return with AMT and inheritance taxes a couple years back using pencil and calculator. She just learned she underpaid by $11,000.
