I have always relied on Turbotax and they have been awesome but this year I have had software problems which the customer help was not able to solve. I have been able to get around it somehow.

I have used Turbo Tax for years! There is no reason for me to find another way to do our taxes! The very few times I've had to call customer service, they have been very helpful!
