TurboTax is great

We have been using TurboTax for more than 15 years and not one issue has come up. I have even filed an amended return that was 5 years old and got a larger refund with INTEREST.

You need to bring down the prices for the product that is given. Have one price for everything so there are no surprises for e-filing for both Federal and State.

After I gathered all my source documents, completing my tax report was all down hill. Turbo tax asked me about options that could increase my tax return which I never thought about. Great product that is updated every year. I have been using Turbotax so many years that I cannot count them any more. Thank you, product is worth every penny it costs.

Frustrating

It is so frustrating with silly things wasting lot of time, it took hours to resolve AGI rejection issue and then today for my daughter's filing can't proceed with stupid message "Please select how you want to receive refund" even though it is been selected as direct deposit and bank detail provided.
Please provide more info and make reaching out for help easy,,,it is so annoying
