For my money the best tax program

Have used Turbo Tax for years. It has consistently been smooth and complete to use. I've used it not only for my fairly simple tax situation, but also for my parents taxes when they could no longer handle them.
One year I tried a highly rated competitor and found that it used too many professional terms and did a poor job explaining them which resulted in a mistake that caused a $150.00 penalty. Never had a problem like that with Turbo Tax.

Turbo Tax is simple

I failed to read carefully the final step before filing that said "We are ready to file your taxes" which I read as "We have filed your taxes." This haste in reading may have cost me my stimulus payment for 2021.

I purchased the TXYR 2020 software, which a (1) Free State E-File was suppose to be included. However, each time I used the software, I had to pay for State E-File.

turbo tax had some glitch that scared the crap outa me!! Luckily a lady from Turbo Tax helped me prevent a heart attack!!
