Turbotax use to be awesome

Everything Was fine until I tried to run copies of my state form for mailing and a copies of both for my record. I want to keep exactly what I send to the state and federal as my records. I haven't-been able to get a copy of my state for record. It keeps trying to get me to e-file and to buy some product when I said I wanted to file state by mail
