Turbotax is great

I have used turbotax since 2004. The program is extremely user friendly which instills confidence that the taxes will be submitted with no errors. On two previous tax years, I had the need to consult with a turbotax expert. The understanding, professional approach and desire to help resolve my issues by these experts was beyond excellent. Another example of confidence in turbotax and the personnel employed.

Good, But Not Great

It seems like TurboTax is a little less intuitive than it used to be... I had to spend a lot of time stumbling through a few sections that shouldn't have been so time-consuming but the navigation path was obtuse. I am still satisfied with the product, but not as much as before.
